This was very well made, especially for a fan film ! With all the crew lteisd in the credits, I have a feeling this was a little more than a fan film lots of professionals on board here. Don't pay too much attention to the haters. All the elements for this short film were perfect for a live action Sonic movie. Sure it wasn't perfect. Whatever. Critics gonna critic. The fact that they made this cool film of such quality is amazing to me. I'm inspired. If people hating on this can do better, they're welcome to try, and we're welcome to rip their hard work apart.
