CK does food philosophy very well. PW does recipes -- oh my, does she do recipes! Step-by-step photo instructions with every one. (Many of them are unhealthy as all get-out, but they can be adapated easily to a healthier lifestyle.)As to which is my favorite -- flip a coin on any given day.
