Each of these blogs have given me new ways of looking at things that have made a difference in the way I eat. LMT has made me absolutely fearless about throwing different stuff in salads. FFFTFS introduced me to the brilliant idea of smooshing together avocado and laughing cow cheese to use as a sammich spread.
