JJ is right,, even with injury there are so many ways to modify and scale a movement or a workout. I have heard stories of other athletes from other gyms who we’re not able to crossfit after injury due to the lack of knldbewgaloe coaches and/or lack of equipment. You can’t see but I have 88# KB strapped to my belt, which JJ taught me one morning. We really do have the best trainers.. Don’t be afraid to ask one how to modify a workout. en:
